A Mercedes driver who killed another motorist had laughing gas and sped at up to 134mph before the fatal crash.
Shaun Tinsley smashed into the back of Paul Loller's car "like a missile" on the M62 in the early hours while high on nitrous oxide. The 28-year-old then careered into the central reservation and fled, leaving the innocent 61-year-old dying at the scene.
