Meghan Markle is revealing how Prince Harry helped her when her mental health was suffering.
The 41-year-old Duchess of Sussex said that she was in a “dire state” when her husband helped her make contact with a therapist.
She opened up about the moment during a recent episode of her Archetypes podcast.

“My husband had found a referral for me to call. And I called this woman,” Meghan explained. “She didn’t know I was even calling her. She was checking out at the grocery store. I could hear the little beep, beep, and I was like, ‘Hi,’ and I’m introducing myself … and saying I need help.”
She noted that the therapist could tell she was in a “dire state.”
Meghan added that being “honest about what it is that you need” is very important.
