Harry and Meghan have been advised not to contact Kate Middleton following an announcement on her health. The Sussexes are thought to be planning a return to the UK, following Prince Charles' cancer diagnosis.
But PR guru Ryan McCormick has warned them against making any public remarks about the Princess of Wales to avoid stirring up rumours about her health.
Kate has been out of the public eye since January due to planned abdominal surgery. Kensington Palace said she wouldn't be back on duty until after Easter when they announced her hospital stay.
But this hasn't stopped odd theories from taking over social media.
Ryan explained why Meghan and Harry should be careful of these strange theories, he told the Mirror: "Harry and Meghan would be best suited to not make any public comments about Kate."
"Anything they say would be picked apart and if they wished Kate a quick recovery, people would start guessing about what's going on behind the scenes," he explained. Ryan also suggested that Harry and Meghan might win the Royal Family's favour by keeping quiet.
