McFly's singer-songwriter Danny Jones, 37, confessed that his son Cooper Alf Jones was admitted to hospital while on a family holiday in Tenerife. In an Instagram post, his wife Georgia discussed what happened to their five-year-old and admitted it all 'happened so quickly.' The 37-year-old shared a picture of Cooper snuggled up sleeping and said: "He pretty quickly went from this,..To this but my goodness he was so so brave." Georgia then showed fans an image of their son in a hospital bed and connected to a whole series of tubes. Later in the post, the parents said Cooper's poorly condition was linked to being dehydrated while they visited the hot country.
She continued: "I think had this have been England it wouldn't have been quite as dramatic. "But I guess they have to be so careful of dehydration in little ones in hot countries. He wasn't keeping water down so was pretty dehydrated and lethargic." Thankfully Cooper was soon on the mend and was looking a lot brighter in a later photo where he was seen playing games on his iPad.
Georgia's post about their son comes after McFly's recent announcement that they'd love to create a junior version of the group with their children. Bandmates Danny, Tom Fletcher, Harry Judd, Danny Jones and Dougie Poynter chatted exclusively to OK! this month and revealed they hope to mirror the likes of S Club Juniors by grouping their children together as a future mini-McFly. Alongside Danny's son Cooper, eldest band member Tom shares three sons with his wife Giovanna – Buzz, Max and Buddy.
While Harry is dad to Lola, seven, Kit, five, and Lockie, almost two. "Dougie is really close with all of our kids too, so it's nice," shared Harry during the heartfelt chat. "I can’t wait for the day
