Matthew Perry's Friends co-stars and family gather at LA funeral

Matthew Perry's family, friends and Friends co-stars have gathered to say their final goodbyes to the beloved actor at his funeral in Los Angeles.
The actor, who rose to fame on Friends as the witty and sarcastic character Chandler Bing, died at the age of 54 last Saturday (October 28). Yesterday his family and friends gathered at at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, a cemetery opposite Warner Bros Studios where Friends was filmed for ten years.
Perry's father, John Bennett Perry, and stepfather, Keith Morrison, were among guests at the event, the Mirror reports. His Friends co-stars Lisa Kudrow, Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox were also seen at the event, with David Schwimmer and Matt Le Blanc also reportedly joining the group later on.

Perry was tragically found unresponsive in the hot tub of his LA home. Just 24 hours before his death, Matthew had been pictured enjoying a date with 25-year-old model Athenna Crosby.
The pair seemed very happy as they spent time at the Hotel Bel-Air. After his death, his Friends co-stars said they were 'utterly devastated'.
In a joint statement, they said that they were 'more than cast mates. We are a family'.
“We are all so utterly devastated by the loss of Matthew”, the cast said in the statement released to People magazine. “We were more than just cast mates. We are a family.
“There is so much to say, but right now we’re going to take a moment to grieve and process this unfathomable loss.”
