Manchester United star Marcus Rashford has confirmed that he is working on improving his heading capabilities and being stronger on his left foot.
The forward, who is yet to score for United in pre-season this summer, will be looking to kick-on this season after an extraordinary 2022/23 campaign, in which he plundered 30 goals in a single season for the very first time. His career was resurrected by manager Erik ten Hag and he scooped the club's Player of the Year award.
Ten Hag, who confirmed from the outset of his tenure that Rashford would have a big part to play in his plans, injected confidence and belief into the veins of the England international and he responded with a plethora of world-class performances. He scored a wide-range of goals, several of which were as a result of him being in the right place at the right time to gobble up opportunities.
The 25-year-old, who scored three times for England at last year's World Cup, also netted a handful of headers, the best of which, arguably, was his winner against West Ham United at Old Trafford last October, which marked his 100th goal in United colours.

And he has now admitted that he is keen to get better and better with his head, setting himself a target of scoring up to ten headers per season. He also wants to get better on his weaker foot.
