Manchester United youngster Amad has explained why he chose to represent the Ivory Coast.

Amad completed a £37million transfer to United from Atalanta in January and was called up to the Ivory Coast senior squad for the first time in March.

The 18-year-old has played for the Ivory Coast three times and scored his first international goal in the friendly win over Burkina Faso
