A wonder goal from Alejandro Garnacho set Manchester United on their way to securing three points against Everton.
The Argentina international opened the scoring in the third minute with an incredible overhead strike, giving Jordan Pickford no chance of saving it. The goal stunned the home crowd who had staged a noisy and eye-catching protest against the Premier League's decision to dock them 10 points for breaching financial rules.
Fellow academy graduate Kobbie Mainoo acquitted himself brilliantly in his first Premier League start with the 18-year-old looking composed on the ball and he cleared off the line in the first half. In the second half, Marcus Rashford scored a penalty, awarded by VAR after Ashley Young fouled Anthony Martial and the game was put to bed by a classy goal from Martial, who continued his fantastic goalscoring form against the Merseysiders.
