A picture perfect cafe where everything is pink is attracting crowds to the strangest of settings.
Pink Island Cafe is inside an industrial unit the size of a soft play centre in a Stockport business park.
It opened its doors in February and is part of the P.Louise Makeup Academy, which offers courses for people wanting to hone their skills with the cosmetics it sells largely online.
But whether you're booked on a course or not, the cafe is open to everyone - and word is quickly spreading that it's well worth a visit.

You have to book in advance and it's certainly not your typical cafe experience. You have to buzz to get inside the place for a start, firstly at the barrier and again at the main door. The rather dull exterior gives nothing away about the pink paradise within.
Once inside it's quite something. It might be a concrete block minutes from the M60, but there's definitely a Barbie Land vibe about this place. The perfect spot for a birthday party and later this month (August 23 and 25) it's hosting its own Princess Party with face painting, food and princess performers.
There's a central bar area with tables and seating around it, plus three booths over to one side. You can request one of these when you book.
Above each one are giant glowing letters spelling out the words 'blood', 'sweat', 'tears' - no doubt a reference to the woman behind this P.Louise Empire.
Described on the website as a girl with 'a huge dream to make it on her own two feet in the world of makeup', Paige Louise kickstarted her business with a £10 eyeshadow primer and now has a multi-million pound turnover.
