Eurovision 2024 fever is in full swing and we’re now just weeks away from the main event in Sweden.
Following the huge success of last year’s event in Liverpool, Eurovision organisers are expecting a big-turn out again with five cinemas across Greater Manchester now confirmed to be screening the 2024 final live from Malmö on the big screen.
This year, the UK will be represented by Years & Years singer and It’s a Sin star Olly Alexander, who will perform his entry Dizzy on the main stage during the grand final on Saturday, May 11.

More than 100 cinemas nationwide will be screening the event live from 8pm where fans will be able to share the Eurovision experience in 5.1 surround sound as part of one of the ‘biggest, brightest, boldest’ music parties where fancy dress is absolutely encouraged.
Taking place at cinemas including the Vue cinema at Printworks, the Light Cinema in Stockport and the Everyman cinema in Altrincham, Eurovision fans will be able to enjoy all 26 acts in all their glory before the gripping results are revealed.
It will also be the second time that the Eurovision final has been screened in UK cinemas following last year’s triumphant event in Liverpool. Marking the seventh time the country won the competition, Sweden were victorious with Tattoo from Loreen last year.
