"My biggest fear always, and I used to lose sleep over this, was 'what after football?' I look back, and my goal was to always make it as a professional in England. But now, I wouldn't swap that for this."

Easter Sunday means those who celebrate all over the country are tucking into delicious chocolate eggs.
But one man's method for opening the sweet treats has been branded as "weird" by his partner. However, he believes it to be "perfectly reasonable and sensible". It turns out that this chocolate fan likes to headbutt his Easter eggs before opening the foil, ensuring they are adequately broken up for easy eating.
With conflicting opinions between the pair, he decided to take matters to the public, by asking for others' advice online.
Posting to Reddit on Friday, he wrote: "So me and the other half sat down to watch trash and overdose on Easter eggs (cause when they gone they gone) - and she still after all the years we've known each other finds me "weird" because I headbutt the Easter egg before ripping off the foil."
"Am I weird? Or is she just over reacting to a perfectly reasonable and sensible way to open an Easter egg."
Many in the discussion agreed that it makes sense to crack an Easter egg this way. One commenter said: "First egg of the year has to be headbutt open, dems the rules."
"She's the weird one," said a second. "Why would you not headbutt an egg? It's the only sensible option. Maybe she'd like to get a knife and fork out to eat her egg all la-di-da instead of nutting the b*****d."
However, cracking an Easter egg open with your head it isn't exactly painless - or effective. One commenter who previously gave it a go said: "I've done that before and it hurt. I didn't get in either."
Another said the same, writing: "My husband, at 33 years old, still headbutts the egg after seven years of being together. I tried it and it really hurt and the egg didn’t break."
However, another member of the discussion said it's all in

CinemaCon. “The Flash,” the DC Comics superhero adventure starring Ezra Miller, played to a mostly enthusiastic audience at the annual convention of movie theater owners in Las Vegas on Tuesday evening. In the lead-up to the debut, executives at Warner Bros. and DC touted “The Flash” as “one of the greatest superhero movies ever made.” It may not have cleared those stratospheric expectations (there was a little film called “The Dark Knight,” after all), but the finished product elicited plenty of cheers, laughs and maybe a few tears in the room at Caesars Palace. That said, CinemaCon is hardly the Cannes Film Festival. The audience at the Colosseum, filled with movie theater owners from across the globe, is one with a vested interest in the success of the blockbuster-hopeful. But showcasing “The Flash” in this capacity is yet another sign of Warner Bros.’ passionate support of the project, one that has been plagued over the years with controversies surrounding Miller, as well as myriad director shake-ups, COVID-19 delays and a regime change at the studio and at DC. CinemaCon marked the first screening of “The Flash” ahead of its theatrical debut on June 16.
