Manchester City have confirmed that Saturday's evenings fixture will go ahead amid the storm that is sweeping over the United Kingdom this weekend.
The high winds of Storm Eunice have wreaked havoc across the country and has led to the deaths of three people in what is one of the worst storms the UK has suffered in decades.
The adverse weather conditions led to the postponement of Bournemouth vs Nottingham Forest in the Championship on Friday night as well as swathes of non-league matches on Saturday.
As things stand, however, City's important fixture against Tottenham at the Etihad is set to go ahead as planned with kick-off coming at 5:30pm.
The club's supporters services tweeted: "We can confirm that our match at home to Tottenham Hotspur at 17:30 today will be going ahead.
"Please take care when travelling to the Etihad Stadium today and allow additional time for your journey."
City go into facing Antonio Conte's Spurs having won their last four matches, including a 5-0 demolition of Sporting in the Champions League last 16 first leg on Tuesday.
However, Liverpool and Chelsea are both in action before the Blues in the day's three o'clock kick-offs, facing Norwich City and Crystal Palace, respectively, so could close the gap at the top of the table. Which makes a victory over the Londoners even more important.
