Clare Watson, 67, missed City's historic treble victory after she was rushed to hospital after taking a tumble outside the Ataturk Stadium in Istanbul.
It came after her taxi driver was told by police to drop her off around a mile from the ground, at the bottom of a 'rubble strewn' hill, despite being told she held a blue disabled badge. Clare, treasurer of the Bluebells at Mary Ds supporters club, said: "It was just chaos from the moment we got there.
"The traffic was chaos, there were fans walking between cars on the motorway just trying to get to the ground. We were panicking all the way that we weren't going to get there in time.

"As we got closer to the ground a police officer blocked the road. The taxi driver got out and spoke to him and told him we had blue badges, but he came back and said 'Sorry I have to drop you here'.
"I got out of the cab and it was like a building site. There was rubble and stones everywhere. We were at the bottom of a hill and could see the floodlights up ahead.
"But after about 10 yards I went over and I knew straight away I'd broken my hip and leg. I could feel the bones moving."
