Manchester City have announced a new partnership with Sports Interactive, the makers of the hugely popular computer game Football Manager.
SI - described in an official club statement as the 'world’s leading developer of sports management simulations' - has become an official partner of the club, the fifth new partnership to be announced this year.
City's statement read: "With Sports Interactive now an official partner of Manchester City, fans will be able to take them to glory as a fully licensed team in FM23, launching on Tuesday, November 8 th across all platforms."

The news that Pep Guardiola's side can now be used in the game is an exciting development for gamers and City fans alike, while it is the latest off-field success for City.
City and the City Football Group have now announced five partnerships in 2022; in January Aldar Properties PJSC - the 'leading real estate developer and manager in the United Arab Emirates' - became the club’s official real estate partner, while a multi-year agreement with OKX to become the club’s new official cryptocurrency exchange partner was signed off weeks later.
Forbes reported that the latter deal was in the 'multi-million dollar range annually'.
LeoVegas Group became the club’s official betting partner in Europe and Canada, while a deal with Unilumin - who provided the ‘supersized LED’ two-tier digital display system at the Etihad Stadium - was renewed.
