When it’s particularly hot and humid, the idea of adding an extra layer and wearing shapewear under your clothes can be unbearable. However, sometimes some of the more clingy items of clothing need a little helping hand to make them sit more flatteringly, so you end up stuck in a conundrum – add the shapewear and overheat, or forgo it and avoid wearing more form-fitting clothes altogether during the heatwave.Thankfully, Marks and Spencer has created the perfect solution to the problem, with a cooling bodysuit that smooths and shapes your body, whilst stopping your from overheating during the higher temperatures.
The Smoothing Cool Comfort™ All In One, £22 here, is the ultimate summer must-have for your wardrobe. Available in beige and black, it’s the perfect base for your favourite summer outfits thanks to its clever cooling technology, and silhouette defining fit.
Rather than a more heavy duty compression style of shapewear, the bodysuit offers gentle smoothing to help create a natural looking shape, and the added stretch makes it extra comfortable to wear. Although most people think of control knickers when it comes to shapewear, bodysuits are ideal for making sure you get a complete streamlined look under your clothes from top to toe, as well as making sure there’s no dreaded VPL.
As well as helping emphasise your silhouette and smooth any lumps and bumps under your clothes, M&S’ All in One helps fight the high temperatures and keep you cool and comfortable. The bodysuit is made with M&S’ moisture wicking Cool Comfort range which uses sweat wicking technology to help regulate your body temperature to keep you cool and stay fresh all day long. Ethan Shanfeld “There is some kinky-ass shit in this house,” says Destiny in the fourth episode of HBO’s “The Idol,” apparently assuming the role of this series’ viewers. “This shit is weird, scary shit.” As the Weeknd’s Tedros tightens his grip on Lily-Rose Depp’s Jocelyn — both metaphorically and literally, with his hands around her waist in the studio — her managers, played by Da’Vine Joy Randolph and Hank Azaria, plot to save their troubled client from the predatory nightclub mogul. At the beginning of the episode, Destiny (Randolph) and Chaim (Azaria) run through Tedros’ rap sheet, which is full of violence and abuse charges. Oh, and his real name is Mauricio Costello Jackson.

She celebrated the BET+ series first, hosting a private bowling and ice-skating bash at the Miami Beach Edition on June 15, the same night the doc began streaming.
