Ryan Thomas has shared an adorable family photo which shows him lovingly watching over his newborn baby daughter. Also in the photo is his fiancée Lucy Mecklenburgh, and his two older children, Scarlett, 13 – whom he shares with ex Tina O'Brien – and Roman, two.The former Coronation Street actor, 37, captioned his social media post with "lucky is a understatement," followed by a heart emoji.
His brother Scott Thomas simply commented "special" beneath the snap, sparking hundreds of fans to also wish the family well. Ryan's lovely family picture comes just days after Lucy, 30, gave her fans their first glimpse at her new baby daughter.
The former TOWIE star announced she’d welcomed a baby girl with Ryan on Tuesday morning, sharing a sweet black and white photo of their daughter in a white baby grow. On her Instagram stories, Lucy shared the same sweet image, with a GIF reading: "She's here!" Later she gave a new insight into life with a new-born by a close up of her daughter’s tiny hand, which could be seen wrapped in a pink blanket covered in a teddy bear pattern.
Chloe Lewis was one for the first stars to send their congratulations as she wrote under the snap: "Ohh congratulations Luc! She’s here." Lucy was overdue with her baby girl and had been sharing the countdown of her daughter's arrival with her fans. She recently celebrated her grandmother’s 90th birthday at a garden party and revealed she had expected to take her newborn daughter to the party.The former TOWIE star wrote: “Nanny’s 90th birthday celebrations I thought I would be here with her 1st great granddaughter but she’s keeping us all waiting a little longer! 40+6 now.
