Kendall Rae Knight has announced she is pregnant with her first child five years after finding fame on Love Island.
The 31-year-old entered the villa in 2018, but was unlucky in love and became the first islander to be dumped from the villa on just day six. But now, Kendall has revealed she is expecting a little one with partner Andrew Hughes as she shared the happy news on Instagram.
Sharing a photo of herself cradling her tummy as Andrew holds up their baby scan, Kendall wrote: "Mummy & Daddy," alongside emojis of a baby, a cloud and a milk bottle. "After 5 amazing years together we couldn’t be happier to say WE’RE HAVING A BABY!!" Kendall was one of the original islanders to enter the villa in the hit ITV2 show's fourth series, which was eventually won by Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham.
However, her stint in the villa was ultimately short lived after Adam Collard, who she was in a couple with, opted to recouple with bombshell Rosie Williams, sending her home less than a week after her arrival. Fellow Love Island stars were quick to adorn the comments section of her announcement post with well wishes, with Molly-Mae Hague offering: "Omg how amazing.
Congratulations," alongside crying face and red heart emojis. Kendall sweetly replied to Molly-Mae, who is a mother to eight-month-old daughter Bambi with fiancé Tommy Fury: "thank you gorgeous girl xxxx" Laura Anderson, who recently welcomed her first daughter Bonnie, and shared the villa with Kendall back in 2018 wrote: "Wahhhhhhhhhhhhh OMG!!!!!!!! I’m so happy for you Kendall this is amazing news! "Buzzing out my gigantic milk filled baps for you eeeekkkkkk sorry too much but I am." Faye Winter, who starred on the hit ITV2 show in 2021: "Oh my goodness congratulations."
