Love Island's Tom compared to 50 Shades' Christian Grey after hideaway handcuffs

Love Island's Tom Clare had viewers of the show hot under the collar as he was shared to the fictional 50 Shades of Grey character, Christian Grey, as he donned handcuffs in the Hideaway on Tuesday night's show. After Will Young got a text, the Islanders chose Tom and Samie Elishi to spend the night together away from the rest of the villa, in the Hideaway where things are known to get steamy.The sweet couple were definitely ready for a night together, with Samie dressed in red lingerie and a black silk robe, whilst Tom wore a pair of low-slung jeans over a pair of boxers and a bare chest.
As they entered the Hideaway, they rifled through the cupboards, where a number of saucy lingerie sets hung, before Samie dug out a pair of handcuffs. Tom told her that he's "quite into all that," as Samie giggled, and he told her: "Well, I'm not vanilla." Samie proceeded to handcuff one of Tom's hands to a low-hanging light fitting, as he sat on the edge of the bed and sipped on a glass of champagne with his other hand, watching as Samie came out of the bathroom in a new outfit.
Fans of the show took to Twitter to compare Tom to Christian Grey, the kinky protagonist in the 50 Shades of Grey novel and subsequent films by E. L.
James, who wore only jeans in the 'Red Room'. One fan shared a gif of the other protagonist Anastasia Steele saying "yes, sir" to Twitter, as they wrote: "Oh 50 shades of Tom #loveisland."
