Love Island's Welsh star, Paige Thorne, has been spotted back at her former workplace as she paid a visit to her paramedic colleagues, just two weeks after returning from her dating show adventure. The Love Island contestant, 24, was back in the office and posted an Instagram story of her paramedic team in uniform, captioning the video with green hearts. It comes after Paige revealed her plans to return to her job as she appeared on Lorraine last week, saying that she has had a "back to work" meeting.
After her visit to her colleagues, another Instagram upload showed Paige back at Bristol Airport, potentially preparing for another international escapade. Talking on Lorraine last week, Paige revealed that she loved her job too much to give it up and said she will juggle her work with possible career opportunities that present themselves as a result of Love Island.
On the sofa with her Love Island boyfriend Adam Collard, speaking to stand-in host Ranvir Singh, Paige confirmed: "I've got meetings to go back to being a paramedic next week." She continued: "I saw an ambulance with sirens on recently and I seriously had FOMO. "So I am going to go back into that and do a little bit of some other opportunities." Adam also pitched in, supporting his girlfriend's decision, and mentioned how Paige was still thinking about work while in the Love Island villa.
He said: "I think people will be surprised about how much she spoke about that in the villa." On whether or not fans might be surprised at her decision, Paige added: "I genuinely love my job. Why wouldn't I go back to it? I will do other things alongside." Other contestants have already announced exciting new ventures since returning home from Majorca.
