This week, Maya Jama took on the huge role of presenting Love Island on ITV2 and fans have been sending her loads of support after the first show aired but her biggest fan is her lookalike mum, Sadie.
Maya started off her career as a radio presenter on Rinse FM, and then went on to land herself primetime weekend slots on BBC Radio 1.
The 28-year-old became so good at presenting she went on to host shows such as the BRITs, MOBOs and now Love Island, writes The Mirror.
And her mum Sadie has supported her daughter since day one, and has even dabbled in TV herself.
Sadie but often gets mistaken for Maya's sister due to her youthful looks. But at 46-years-old, Sadie had Maya when she was just 18.
The mum and daughter duo appeared in an episode of All Round to Mrs Brown’s and everyone thought they were sisters.
Maya joked: "I know. Literally the bane of my childhood."
In 2018, Maya's mum married her long term partner with Maya sharing the beautiful snaps on Instagram.
Maya wrote: "Best day ever watching my mum marry her soulmate one of the loveliest people I know (ft. The family. Last video is where I get it from) 18 years strong."
The Love Island presenter and her mum are extremely close and she often speaks about her mum and their special bond.
Speaking to the Evening Standard previously, she said: "She had me at 18, so our relationship was a bit different. I rebelled less because I was quite free. My mum's always been like, 'I want you to have your experiences — just tell me. I'm not going to judge you or shout at you.'"
In 2017, Maya made a documentary about growing up without a father, as he was. in and out of prison so she stopped seeing him when she was 12.
