Marcel Somerville has posted on social media for the first time since his wife, Rebecca Vieira, publicly apologised for cheating.
This weekend, she shared a statement online saying sorry for sending flirty messages to another man. Marcel, who is 38 and rose to fame on Love Island, is said to be upset over the ordeal, with reports that he has left the family home. Now taking to social media, Marcel put a video on his Instagram Stories on Saturday, which spoke of God 'having a plan'.
The video came from a page named betteryouliving, and was of Chadwick Boseman, a famous actor who has passed away, giving a strong speech.
In it, Chadwick said: "God has a plan for you." There was more written too: "God has a plan for your life. 'For I know the plans I have for you,' says the Lord. 'They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.' (Jeremiah 29:11)".

Rebecca also took to social media this weekend to speak out on her actions. She wrote: "By now most of you would have seen what's going on. I've made a huge mistake, I've embarrassed not only my husband but myself and both our families.
"My actions were foolish and have hurt so many people around us but most importantly my husband. I've said a lot of things that I shouldn't have and it was stupid of me so I won't sit here and justify my actions, those decisions should have never been made. "I want to publicly apologise to my Marcel, just as loudly as the rest of the noise.
