Love Island star Leah Taylor has been hiding a secret heartache on the ITV2 dating show as her former boyfriend was tragically killed in a crash eight years ago. Dancer Leah, 27, had dated Elliott Xavier Campion when they were in their teens but tragically Elliott, a breakdancer who had worked with Britain's Got Talent star George Sampson, died in a motorbike crash in 2015 aged 19.
According to The Sun, after the tragic accident, Leah had posted a long tribute to Elliott online where she spoke about her heartbreak. She talked about the future plans they had made, saying: "Our love was like no other and you can't compare it to anything on this earth, we really had it planned out didn't we? "From the house, cars, kids names, everything.
You was the best thing that ever happened to me and you are my everything, nothing could of made me happier than spending the rest of my life with you." In the emotional tribute, Leah added: "You're my soul mate and I love you to the moon and back, I can't wait to see you again because I know I'm destined to be with you, I love you more than words can explain." While a source added to the publication: "Elliott will always be No.1 for Leah. His untimely death rocked her world and she remembers him in everything she does." Shortly before his death, Elliott had heartbreakingly posted: "The prettiest girl I know and she's mine! Missing you so much, can't wait to join you in LA! Until then, the gym is my bestfriend @leaaaataylor.'" Leah entered the Love Island villa as a bombshell and briefly looked set to couple up with Sammy Root, but he changed his mind at the recoupling ceremony and decided to stick with Jess Harding, leaving Leah in tears.
