Faye Winter has addressed her changing lips, as she opened up about getting lip fillers, having these dissolved, and then getting more fillers. In a video, posted to her Instagram, the former Love Island star, 28, announced that she has joined a campaign to ensure that only medical professionals are able to carry out these procedures.
Looking back at her own lip filler journey, Faye said that her lips have been a "talking point for the last two years." She then showed some photos of her lips in various stages. Showing them at their biggest Faye revealed that at this point she knew she'd gone "too far" but that when she had the filler removed her lips were very wrinkly as the skin had been stretched too much.
To solve this, Faye shares that she finally visited a medically trained professional who put in 0.5 mil of filler, which left her lips looking how she had "always wanted." Showing a close-up photo of her lips as they currently are, she said: "I honestly love them so so much I will only now maintain this size and I think they frame my face perfectly" adding that this had been done by a medically trained professional, unlike her previous fillers. Captioning the candid video, Faye continued: "The journey I have been on with my lips is one that many judge, many have opinions on and many should know more about.
"In a time where we can get everything for less when do we take a step back and realise everything has its cost. I ruined my face through overfilling and not getting the correct advice." "I will talk about my journey because I hope one person will learn from my mistakes.
