Anton Danyluk has opened up about feeling unhappy with his looks currently as the star updated fans in a candid post.
The Love Island star shot to fame on the ITV2 dating show in 2019, and placed fifth on the show in a couple with ex Belle Hassan. Since then, the 27-year-old from Airdrie has decided to step away from the spotlight to focus on a career in health and fitness.
Anton, now a successful PT and online coach owns gym Junk in UAE, which is described as the 'ultimate nightclub gym experience', has moved back to the UK for work projects for the summer. The fitness fanatic keeps it real with his fans on social media throughout his fitness journey, and has recently opened up with feeling unhappy with his physique.
In response to fans asking for progress updates, Anton said in a video: "So I've been looking through my DM's guys and there's a lot of people asking me for a physique update and you've probably realised that I've not been posting much. If I'm 100% honest, it's because, as I've spoken about on here, I don't feel happy with how I look at the minute. I just don't feel good. I'm not going to lie, I feel fat.
"I'm not comfortable with my body fat percentage at the minute. However, I was thinking - if I'm comfortable to post it when I'm shredded and looking a certain way, I need to be honest with you and open with you and show you when I'm not in that condition which is now.
"On my next story, I'm going to show you my current condition. I'm not comfortable doing this, but I'm being honest."
