Love Island reveals contestants at risk of being dumped from villa in new twist

Thursday night's episode of Love Island was left on a cliffhanger after it was revealed on last night's episode that the public had to vote for the couple that they thought were the least compatible to leave the Island. The group were left shocked as they were told to gather around the fire pit and Paige Thorne announced the news as she read out a text, which revealed "those with the fewest votes risk being dumped from the Island tonight". The first couple saved by the public was Dami and Indiyah, whilst the second was Jacques and Paige.
The third couple to be saved by the public was Luca and Gemma, closely followed by Davide and Ekin-Su.This left Tasha and Andrew, Jay and Danica and Antigoni and Charlie. In a shock move, it was announced that the girls who were safe had to decide which vulnerable boy to dump and the boys had to decide which vulnerable girl should leave the Island. In a teaser for tomorrow night's episode, it was also revealed that Casa Amor would finally be opening, with a whole host of new sexy singletons coming into the show.
Meanwhile, on Thursday night's episode, footballing ace Michael Owen's daughter Gemma, 19, and Luca Bish, 23, spent a romantic night in the Hideaway. Gemma confessed that she could "fall in love" with Luca. After he asked her directly if she could, she said: "I don't see why I wouldn't", to which he replied: "Yeah, me too".
In the morning, the boys had a chat, asking Luca if anything had happened, with Andrew asking: "Did she turn on your bunsen burner?" Luca replied: "My bunsen burner was turned on but my pipette is full". Speaking to the girls on the terrace, Gemma described the night as "flavoursome".
