The Love Island All Stars final is just one day away, with preparations for the live show already well underway. And something that might surprise viewers is that the Islanders will not be spending their final hours of the show in the villa. Former finalist Faye Winter, who appeared in the popular ITV dating show in 2020, previously revealed that the Islanders are actually removed from the villa ahead of the live final.
Speaking to Radio Times, she said: "They won't actually be in the villa on the day of the final. "You get taken out of the villa in the morning and you sit and you obviously have hair and make-up done and stuff.
There'll be preparing the garden for the final." A similar revelation was made by former winner Amber Gill, who said: "You get a day off towards the final so that they can build the villa and stuff and I just thought that was wild because you don't see any of that when you're watching it. "We left and then came back when it was ready.
We weren't allowed to do anything, I think because the season was so big, we weren't allowed to step foot outside of anywhere. "We were just chilling, which was kind of nice because a lot of us had been in there from really early days, so it was nice to sit in a hotel room and not do anything." Sunday night's Love Island will see one couple axed just hours before the final. An insider claimed to The Sun: "Bosses often like to reserve one last twist before the final and, true to form, they saved one last brutal elimination for the last weekend of the series.
