Netflix dropped the first four episodes of the hit reality series on Wednesday, featuring 30 singles from Dallas, Texas. Of that group, five couples get engaged and move on to their romantic getaway outside of the pods, allowing viewers to continue to follow their journey.

The Love Is Blind pods are open and ready for new romance as Netflix announced the fresh batch of singletons looking for love in season three. For the uninitiated, the hit programme – which first aired in 2020 – follows a group of singles who get to know each other without seeing each other, and only meet face to face after they decide to get married. And after that, it’s pretty much go go go, as they jet off on honeymoons before moving in together, with their weddings taking place weeks later.

The sketch starred the premiere’s host Miles Teller and cast member Andrew Dismukes as sports stars and brother’s Peyton and Eli Manning, in a parody of their “Monday Night Football” commentary show “Manningcast.” However, instead of analyzing the plays of a football game, the two instead turned their insight into the opening sketch of “Saturday Night Live’s” new season. At the top of the sketch, Teller as Peyton addressed the shakeups that the series has gone through other the summer, which saw eight cast members — Chris Redd, Alex Moffat, Aristotle Athari, Melissa Villasenor, Pete Davidson, Kate McKinnon, Aidy Bryant and Kyle Mooney — announce their departures from the long-running sketch comedy series. “There are a lot of changes at the show, which could be exciting,” Teller said. “Let’s see what they came up with.”

James Bond franchise film producer Michael Gregg Wilson revealed that one specific scene is used to test all actors aspiring to play the role of the iconic British spy. Wilson explained that would-be 007s always audition with the classic bedroom scene from the 1963 film "From Russia With Love" starring Sean Connery as Bond and Daniela Bianchi as his love interest, Tatiana Romanova.  "We always use the same scene … and that’s the one in ‘From Russia With Love’ where Bond comes back to his room after the assassination, and he starts taking off his shirt, goes into the room to bathe.Then he hears something, takes his gun, goes in and the girl’s in the bed," the producer told the audience at an "In Conversation" event, according to Deadline.
