Almost a week on from the Eurovision Song Contest grand final in Liverpool, Sweden's winner Loreen is on top of the world. After becoming the first-ever female to take home the Eurovision trophy twice, the Stockholm-born singer-songwriter looks set to claim a new UK career-best with Tattoo this week.
Having beaten off tough competition from the likes of Finland's Käärijä (with Cha Cha Cha) and Israel's Noa Kirel (with Unicorn), Loreen tracks to out-peak her first win, 2012's Euphoria, on tomorrow's Official Singles Chart.
Today, ahead of the big reveal, we catch up with the star back home in Sweden to talk 'creating history,' fan support and - of course - the hope of a hat-trick.
The feeling is indescribable. I can’t say anything else besides it feels absolutely amazing. To know that so many people resonated with Tattoo and the performance was all I ever wanted. The love and support has got me floating on air.
Haha, me too!
I never expected this response, we created history together and for that I’m forever grateful.
The UK has honestly always felt like home to me, so to see Tattoo being so well received here just makes my heart warm.
I'm in love with Tattoo. I just feel it has a beautiful purpose. With this song there is a certain energy movement created that I was hoping people would connect with. To see it resonate with so many people makes me very happy.
Haha, it needs to happen in Stockholm. I’m doing my best, trust me.

Alissa Simon Film Critic It’s already been a good year for the English cinematographer turned writer-director Molly Manning Walker. A film that she shot, “Scrapper,” won the Grand Jury Prize at Sundance, as well as praise for her vibrant lensing. Now, her first feature, the intimate, near-anthropological “How to Have Sex,” premieres as part of Cannes’ Un Certain Regard section. And to top it off, MUBI has already acquired the title for major territories. “How to Have Sex” follows three female teens on a summer holiday in the loud, hectic party town of Malia, Crete. Having just completed their GCSE exams, the English trio are ready to let off steam by drinking, dancing and getting laid. This latter goal ranks as the most sensitive for petite Tara (Mia McKenna-Bruce), who still retains her virginity. The film shows how having sex as a teenager is complicated and the role that peer pressure and consent (or the lack of it) plays.
