Loose Women presenter Nadia Sawalha has been applauded after sharing a 'relatable' video on social media of her trying to fit into her skinny jeans.
The 59-year-old stripped down to her bra as she attempted to squeeze into the tight-fitting garment following the classic Christmas tradition of too much eating and drinking.
She created the "honest" clip in response to a video of a slim model fastening her jeans and then relaxing into a chair. The presenter then showed the "reality" and struggle that actually comes along with fastening skinny jeans, the Mirror reports.
Sharing the video on her Instagram, she captioned it: "Relate?" alongside laughing emojis with the hashtag "riots not diets".
The post was soon flooded with comments praising the presenter for showing the "real" side of an overindulgent Christmas period from some fellow celebs.
Loose Women co-star Katie Piper wrote: "All of us right now".
Married At First Sight UK star Chanita Stephenson added: " I love these!!"
And Nadia's fans were also appreciative of the video, happy to be seeing representation of themselves and their own body types.

Another said: "I daren't even attempt to put my jeans on now! People that wear jeans in between Crimbo and New Year are bonkers (and don't inhale Quality Street and wine throughout the day, unlike me)."
And a third added: "Totally relate and not just Christmas all year round."
Nadia often posts pictures and videos advocating positive body image on social media, aiming giving her followers confidence about their own appearances.
