The couple, who recently celebrated their six month anniversary, released their new Netflix film Windfall in March, which was directed by Charlie and stars Lily. The couple initially met while working on the set of McDowell's upcoming feature Gilded Rage.
The filmmaker, who is the son of actor Malcolm McDowell, had previously been romantically linked to figures such as Emilia Clarke and Rooney Mara. Collins and her now-husband went Instagram official in 2019, and they made their first public appearance as a couple the following year.
