TV and theatre star Kym Marsh constantly wows on stage, screen and the red carpet with her glamorous looks. And she has now shared the simple lifestyle change she credits with keeping her looking so well as she heads out on tour in her new role in Take That musical Greatest Days.
Former Coronation Street star Kym, 46, stars alongside her daughter Emilie, 25 in the new production of the hit musical - both playing the same character as "young Rachel" in her teens and present day Rachel in her 40s. But in real life the mum and daughter are so alike, they're often mistaken for sisters!
While Kym laughs about that "sisters" comparison, saying "I wish!" she does try her best to look after herself. And she recently learned a simple health tip that she credits with keeping her skin looking so radiant.

Speaking to the MEN, she said: "You have to look after yourself don’t you. I’ve realised going forward in my life I wasn’t hydrating myself enough, I’ve only recently realised how much water I need to drink.
"Everyone kept telling me to drink more water, and I now realise why, because as soon as your skins start to dry that’s when it all turns rubbish.
"I’m working on 2 litres a day of water now at least. Because I was literally going on about two glasses of water a day before. It was shocking, it was dreadful really."
Laughing about people saying that she and daughter Emilie could be mistaken for "twins", Kym says: "I mean it’s crazy, I’m clearly her mum.
"I actually feel quite sorry for Emilie, I’m like 'oh babe they’re saying you look like a 46-year-old woman' and she’ll say: ‘shut up mum they’re not saying that they’re saying you look young''."
