Killers of the Flower Moon is gearing up for its wide release!
Apple Original Films announced a global theatrical release date and unveiled a pair of new posters for the movie on Tuesday (August 29).

Killers of the Flower Moon, directed by Oscar-winner Martin Scorsese will release on October 20, and will play on IMAX screens.
Previously, Killers of the Flower Moon was to open on October 6 for a limited release. The movie will arrive on Apple TV+ on an unspecified date following its theatrical release.
Based on David Grann‘s novel of the same name, the film’s official synopsis reads:
“’Killers of the Flower Moon’ is set in 1920s Oklahoma and depicts the serial murder of members of the oil-wealthy Osage Nation, a string of brutal crimes that came to be known as the Reign of Terror.”
The movie’s cast includes Leonardo DiCaprio, Robert De Niro, Lily Gladstone, Jesse Plemons, Cara Jade Myers, JaNae Collins, Jillian Dion and Tantoo Cardinal.
Killers of the Flower Moon premiered at the Cannes Film Festival in May and was highly praised by critics. Ahead of its global release, the film holds a 97% “fresh” rating on Rotten Tomatoes from 67 reviews.
