A young drug dealer fled to Tenerife after fatally stabbing a 'much-loved' dad-of-two who had tried to rob him.

The 21 year old then flew to Tenerife for a week before being arrested at East Midlands Airport when he returned to the UK, DerbyshireLive reports.
Following the horrific attack, Mr Duffy managed to stagger back to the bail hostel where he was staying in Bass Street before collapsing and dying.
In a victim impact statement, Mr Duffy’s former partner, the mother of his sons aged nine and five, told how she “has never felt so lost in my entire life”, adding “he won't be there on parent's evening, to cheer them on at football, help them choose their first car, first house and be there when they get their dream jobs.”
