Keith Olsen, a producer who worked on a number of hit rock records in the 1970s and ’80s, died on Monday of cardiac arrest, The New York Times reports. He was 74.
After playing in bands in the ’60s, he pivoted to production and was mentored by Curt Boettcher and Brian Wilson. Olsen worked as a producer on Buckingham Nicks and helped introduce their music to Mick Fleetwood.
