Carl Woods has been charged under section 4 of the Public Order Act following an alleged incident that occurred in August 2021. In light of him having been charged, Carl, 33, is set to face court next month. In a statement, Essex Police said to The Mirror: "A man arrested following an incident in Little Canfield, on August 23 2021, has been charged.
"Carl Woods, 33, has been charged under Section 4 of the Public Order Act. "He is due to appear at Colchester Magistrates Court on March 10." Carl's charges come just a day after he celebrated his 33rd birthday with Katie, where he was gifted a drawing by his soon-to-be step son Harvey. The former Love Island star was surprised by Katie with a birthday cake while he was at a hair salon.
The loved-up couple headed to the swanky restaurant together, with Katie revealing that it was the same restaurant where they had first met and enjoyed their first date together. Taking to her Instagram Stories, the former glamour model posted a clip of all of the delicious dishes they'd both ordered, and wrote: "Back in heaven mine and @carljwoods first meet first date and now his birthday @sheeshchigwell", along with two red heart emojis. Katie continued to document Carl's birthday celebrations, as they tucked into an array of lavish dishes and drinks.
She told her followers: "Fav dish [heart emoji] @sheeshchigwell soo good to be back here missed it so much and still a amazing vibe". The pair also put on a loved-up display on Valentine's Day when Katie shared a throwback snap of them on a plane together. In the photo, the former glamour model wore thick casts on both of her legs in the image that appeared to be taken from 2020 when she excruciatingly broke both her ankles and feet.
