Katie Price has opened up about her anxiety after her eldest son Harvey flew the nest last summer as she sees a therapist weekly.
The former glamour model narrowly avoided jail last year after her horror crash when she plead guilty to drink driving and driving without insurance and while banned.
The 43-year-old hinted that it was anxieties around her family life which pushed her to take such a big risk and drive under the influence.
As reported in The Mirror, Katie has confessed she continues to get more help as she focusses on rebuilding her life following the high profile accident.
Fans of the OnlyFans model got an insight into her life during her Channel 4 Mucky Mansion series as Katie and her family both candidly spoke about her mental health struggles.
Katie's daughter Princess, 14, said on the show: "I didn't really like this house at the start. It was a dark house. There were just so many bad memories in it.
"Before my mum's head was in a bad place but now her head is in a good place, it's a lot better. I'm excited. I didn't think we'd come back here, to be honest," she admitted.
Speaking to new! magazine, Katie explained regarding her accident: “There’s no one to blame for me getting in that car but myself. I’m lucky nothing happened but there are now consequences that I have to deal with.
“I’ve made a promise – I’ve never done that before – that I’m going to see a therapist once a week. I need to learn to cope when these situations happen because I don’t want to self-destruct.”
Katie was given a 16-week suspended sentence, with a condition of unpaid work, and a two-year driving ban when she was given her sentence last December following her guilty plea.
