According to , the pair were super into each other at the Republic Records Grammys after party, and an eyewitness told the outlet "They are holding hands and posing for photos together. They walked around [the] party hand in hand."

Following the star-studded ceremony at the Grammy Awards 2020, celebrities slipped into their party outfits and headed to various after-parties to dance their night away. While some celebrated their win, other celebrated it with them. At one of these fabulous parties, Machine Gun Kelly and Noah Cyrus were spotted looking cozy together. Needless to say, the pictures found their way to the internet and the two are now sparking romance rumours. The party was hosted by Sony Entertainment.   

It was a little over an hour after the conclusion of the Grammy ceremony at the Staples Center in downtown Los Angeles when guests started congregating at Republic Records’ afterparty, held at the 1 Hotel in West Hollywood, a brisk 20-minute ride from the venue thanks to the sweet serenity of light Sunday night traffic on otherwise unforgiving highways. As attendees began lining up on the stairs lined with black candles by 10 p.m., the crowds were promptly credentialed and let inside.
