TV presenter favourites Stephen Mulhern and Josie Gibson have set the rumour mill spinning after they were seen getting close outside a London television studio.
The dynamic duo were reportedly there to film the last ever episode of Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway, and they pictured holding hands as they strolled outside on Saturday, 13 April.
The pair were both part of the Geordie duo's emotional last episode of their hit primetime show, which aired for the final time at the weekend.
They were joined by the likes of Simon Cowell, Davina McCall, Rylan Clarke, Dermot O’Leary, and Girls Aloud who all went on to enjoy a fun-filled afterparty following the final episode. When quizzed about what's going on between them, 39 year old Josie, didn't hold back, confessing to MailOnline: "I'm in love with Stephen Mulhern.
There you go." But she added a bittersweet note, saying, "But story of my life, I don't think he loves me." Despite their long-standing friendship, Stephen, 37, and Josie have always kept things strictly platonic in the public eye.
Last year, Josie got candid about her romantic life, revealing she was seeing someone new and had already dropped the L-bomb. She spilled to the outlet: "There is someone in my life at the moment but it's early stages...I've said I love you.", reports the Daily Star.
Josie believes in wearing her heart on her sleeve, admitting: "It's best to just get it out of the way, I don't like playing games." Speculation was also rife among fans that Josie's heart belonged to ITV cameraman Sam Morter after she posted an image of them hand-in-hand in Paris last year. Yet, Josie was quick to shut down those rumours, insisting they were nothing more than friends and confirming her single status.
