Josh shared that he woke up with an ache in his neck on the day of the shoot, so he took some Advil to help.
He felt somewhat strange when he arrived on set, so he called his wife and asked her to check which pills he took. She told him that he had in fact taken Advil, but then corrected herself and said the medicine he took was actually Advil PM.
“I took three Advil PM and shot an episode of ‘Curb Your Enthusiasm’,” the Frozen star laughed.
While host Jimmy Kimmel said he didn’t notice anything unusual about Josh‘s performance, the actor replied, “It did. I was not there that day. But I had the best time.”
He added that he got a surprising message after the wakeup call, with the Curb Your Enthusiasm team sending him a “nudity rider.”
“It basically issued a notification of how many inches of ass I was permitting them to show on camera,” Josh recalled, “and I’m like, ‘Did I do an episode of Euphoria that I forgot about?’”
