An emotional Jonnie Irwin has spoken about his devastating terminal cancer diagnosis, revealing how close he has come to tragically passing away. The former A Place in the Sun presenter appeared on the OneChat podcast where he revealed he has been close to dying "at least twice" since the cancer, which he was diagnosed with in 2020, spread to his brain.
Explaining how he has been getting through, he told the host that is aim is "to try and remain positive." "Positive for me is burying my head in the sand a bit," he added. "[My wife] Jess and I don't talk about it much and we've been close to death's door a few times now.Twice at least."
