Joe Swash has wowed his fans as he appeared emotional over a sweet behind the scenes moment with his young son. The former EastEnders star appeared on Loose Women earlier this week as he promoted his first documentary which aired on BBC One on Tuesday (July 11).
Joe Swash: Teens In Care saw the usually cheeky TV personality show his more serious side as he explored a subject close to his heart - the care system. The programme saw Joe spend time with young people who are currently living in foster or residential care, and those who have recently left.
Joe appeared to be inspired by his mum Kiffy, who has been a foster carer for the last 15 years. And Joe has recently admitted that seeing his mum be a foster carer and exploring the care system in his latest documentary has inspired him to want to foster himself with his wife Stacey Solomon.

Joe, 41, and Stacey, 33, are already parents to six kids between them. Joe has a son, Harry, 16, from a previous relationship, while Stacey is mum to sons Zachary, 15, and Leighton, 11. The couple also share their own three children together - four-year-old Rex, Rose, 20 months, and five-month-old Belle.
Earlier this week, Joe headed to Stacey's usual stopping ground as he spoke to the Loose Women about his documentary. And while he didn't appear on-screen, it appears the former soap star had a special guest with him.
