Additionally, the ViacomCBS network has promoted Dave Binegar to VP of Scripted Programming. Based in Los Angeles, De Jesus and Binegar will be developing original scripted comedy, drama and limited series for Showtime, reporting to Amy Israel, EVP, Scripted Programming, Showtime Networks.
