Melbourne-born, Los Angeles-based songwriter and producer Banoffee has released Look At Us Now Dad, her debut album. The follow-up to her 2015 EP Do I Make You Nervous?, Look At Us Now Dad features collaborations with Empress Of, CupcakKe, Umru, and SOPHIE; it was led by Empress Of collab “Tennis Fan,” and features a new version of SOPHIE collaboration “Ripe” featuring a new CupcakKe verse. The Canadian singer dropped his first album in five years on Thursday night. Titled Changes, the 17-track collection boasts features from Quavo, Post Malone, Travis Scott, Lil Dicky, and Kehlani.

'Coriky' is out March 27

Coriky—the new band formed by Fugazi’s Ian Mackaye and Joe Lally, alongside Amy Farina—have announced their debut album. The self-titled LP arrives March 27 via Mackaye’s Dischord Records. Jay Electronica took to Twitter early Friday (Feb. 7) to announce that his much-delayed forthcoming project, Written Testimony, is dropping in 40 days. 

Jay Electronica surprised everyone early Friday morning by announcing that his long-awaited debut album is finally finished and dropping next month. In a series of tweets, the rapper revealed that he recorded the project in 40 days starting December 26, 2019:

After a string of hit singles released last year, local pop sensation Daniel Baron is finally embarking on a new era as he prepares for the release of his upcoming fourth studio album ‘City Of God and The Jungle Below’. The new record comes three years after Daniel released his previous album ‘Weekend Of Mass Destruction’, which featured multiple hit singles including the number one smash hit ‘Children Of The Sun’.

The promise of a Jay Electronica album has been floating around for a long time. Tonight, he claimed that his debut album is finally coming in 40 days (which is March 18). His series of tweets seemed to hint that it’s called A Written Testimony. Find his tweets on the subject below.
