James Corden and his wife, Julia Carey, were seen heading to Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica on Wednesday evening. The 43-year-old late-night television show host and his spouse held hands and stayed close to each other as they made their way towards the celebrity-favorite restaurant. The happy couple has been romantically involved for over a decade and they currently share two daughters and a son.
Corden kept it relatively casual as he sported a multicolored hoodie during his time with his wife. The media personality also rocked a pair of slim-fitting blue jeans and a set of stark white sneakers. Carey opted for a flowing dark blue denim dress worn underneath a plaid jacket as she made her way towards the eatery.
She also added a bit of darkness to her outfit with a pair of leather high-heeled shoes. Corden and Carey were previously introduced by their mutual friend, Dominic Cooper, at a charitable event over a decade ago. The comedian previously spoke about his first meeting with his now-wife and expressed via People that he was instantly attracted to her.
The performer recalled: 'I said, "Hi, Jules. You might be the most beautiful woman in the world. "' He noted that, although his now-wife initially did not take his statement seriously, he made it clear that he was being completely genuine with his words.
'She said, "Well, thank you very much. That sounds like something you say a lot. " And I said, "I've never said it before in my life.
" That was it. That was it, really,' he said. Corden also recalled that he and Carey spent the remainder of the evening in each other's company.
