James Argent showcased his impressive weight loss during a run in Marbella. The TOWIE star, 34, went topless to top up his tan while working out, as he sported a pair of printed shorts and brightly coloured Nike trainers. James underwent life changing weight loss surgery last year and has since been keeping up a healthy lifestyle in a bid to keep off the weight he lost.
It’s thought the reality TV star, who used to date Gemma Collins, is in Marbella for the summer months as he sings at clubs such as close pal Elliot Wright’s Olivias La Cala. Earlier this year, James was spotted serenading footballer Harry Maguire’s now-wife Fern as she enjoyed her hendo with pals in Spain. More recently, Arg took a break from his singing duties to attend Dannielle Armstrong’s UK-based wedding where he cut a stylish figure in a burgundy two-piece suit.
The singer posted a number of glamorous snaps of him with some of his TOWIE co-stars at the wedding, including Ferne McCann, Georgia Kousoulou, Tommy Mallet, and Jess Wright. Captioning the post, he wrote: "My wonderful friend at @daniellearmstrong88 got Married to the lucky & lovely @tommyedney. Beautiful bride & Beautiful Couple.

James has been open and honest about his weight battle over the years and has previously revealed that he's actually lost too much weight now. "The only problem now is I’ve lost a little bit too much weight and I need to put on half a stone.
