James Argent cut a trim figure on social media, as he shared a confident snap of himself from his recent trip to the Bahamas. The 34 year old former TOWIE star, posed in a matching orange and blue tropical print top and shorts as he showed off his 14 stone  weight loss over the past year.

Gemma Collins has shared a video of her happily dancing with her nephew Hayden after recently sustaining a knee injury. The former TOWIE star, 41, donned a pink striped pair of pyjamas as she danced to Soul Control’s Chocolate song. Gemma captioned the clip: “I love [praising hands emoji] CHOCA LACHE [chocolate emoji] @Hayden Collins”.

Lydia Bright reunited with her TOWIE ex James 'Arg' Argent as her former boyfriend performed in front of some very familiar faces at the popular Essex restaurant, Sheesh. As the pair were seen wrapping their arms around each other on the night of Arg's showcase, Lydia's mum Debbie Bright also said how "proud" she is of her daughter's ex-boyfriend. Lydia Bright has hit back at those who criticised her for not "disciplining" her two year old daughter Loretta during their first trip to the cinema.The TOWIE star, who recently admitted she was 'worrying like crazy' over her daughter's breathing problems, revealed that the youngster had been "climbing her seat" and "talking throughout" the movie at the theatre. However, it wasn't long before the 31 year old was inundated with messages of disapproval, with many stating that the youngster's behaviour may have ruined the experience for other cinema-goers. Lydia was quick to respond, stating that she "would not discipline her child for acting like a child" and that she hoped she "keeps her wild spirit forever".

James looked handsome as he posed for photos wearing a white T-shirt and casual red trousers alongside some bright white trainers. He completed his sporty look with a gold statement watch, necklace and bracelet.The former TOWIE star has been sharing his weight loss journey with fans since he started last year.
