James Argent has been pictured looking confident as he posed beside his ex girlfriend Lydia Bright on Tuesday.The former TOWIE co-stars had reunited as Lydia, 31, came to watch 34 year old James perform with his band, The Arg Band, at Sheesh restaurant in Essex with special guest Megan McKenna performing, too. James, 34, was supported by several other celebrities at his show including Fern McCann, Billie Shepherd, Denise Van Outen and many more as they joined Lydia, 31, in supporting the reality star.The ex couple dated on and off from 2008 and and allowed cameras to air their tumultuous relationship on TOWIE until they finally broke up in 2016.

Proving that no love was lost between them on Tuesday, James and Lydia happily took a photo together at the event with their arms around each other which she posted on her Instagram— showing off their strong bond. James looked smart in a pale green buttoned shirt with bright green trousers as he put his arm around his ex girlfriend.
Meanwhile, Lydia was a vision in white as she sported a bralette top and matching trousers with a deep waistband and accessorised her outfit with a straw hat. James was pictured looking noticeably slimmer in the snap after shedding 14 stone following gastric surgery last year.
