$7.3 million for the entire ninth floor of the Regalia Tower, located at 19575 Collins Ave. With only 39 residences in total, the building is incredibly exclusive and features six pools, a spa, fitness center, yoga studio, children’s playhouse, chef’s kitchen, and a champagne bar and wine cellar. The savvy real estate investor also paid just over $1 million each for two units on the 40th and 43rd floors of the nearby Trump Royale tower. However, sources say it’s unlikely he’ll live in any of those apartments, noting that with three children, the Messi family prefers houses. Two years ago, while in Miami for the the 2021 Copa America Championship, Messi rented a 5-bedroom waterfront mansion on Key Biscayne.

William Earl Donald Trump has arrived at a federal courthouse in Miami, where he was placed under arrest and booked on federal charges prior to his court appearance, where he will be arraigned in front of a magistrate judge, according to the New York Times. He is not expected to be fingerprinted or made to take a mug shot. The former president has been accused of mishandling classified documents in an indictment that was filed on June 8. Trup’s attorney Todd Blanche told press that his client would be entering a “not guilty” plea. Alina Habba, a lawyer for Trump, spoke to reporters at the courthouse, explaining why he was given different treatment compared to other defendants. “President Trump is in a very unique position where he does not need to be given a mugshot, obviously,” she said. “He’s not a flight risk. He is the leading candidate of the GOP at the moment. He is going through a process that has been coordinated with the Secret Service and it will all be handled seamlessly.”

Donald Trump Indicted on Federal Charges of Mishandling Classified Documents

Ellise Shafer Donald Trump has been indicted again — this time on federal charges of mishandling classified documents. According to The New York Times, the Justice Department filed the indictment on Thursday in Miami’s Federal District Court. The charges are the result of an investigation into documents the former president took with him to Mar-a-Lago after he left office in 2020. This marks the first time that a former U.S. president has faced federal charges. Though the specific charges are currently unknown, one person familiar with the matter told the New York Times that Trump has been indicted on seven counts. The indictment was filed by special counsel Jack Smith, who is also investigating the misinformation that followed Trump’s loss of power in 2020 and how that contributed to the Jan. 6 insurrection at the Capitol. Trump is expected to surrender to authorities in Miami on Tuesday, he wrote in his own post about the indictment on Truth Social.
