Beth Cordingly made her Emmerdale debut just days ago, as she joined the cast as newcomer Ruby Fox-Milligan. Now she's revealed her off-screen relationship with soap legend Ian Kelsey. Beth, 47, has been in a relationship with Ian, 57, since 2021, and now says she is "very happy" and "so in love." Like his partner, Ian also had his own stint in the Yorkshire-based soap, when he appeared as Dave Glover from 1994 until he was killed off in 1997.

Speaking about her relationship, Beth told The Mirror: "I am very in love with Ian and very happy.

We are both very supportive of each other’s careers which is important when it is such a competitive industry." Beth and Ian first met 20 years ago, yet went on to marry other people.
They bumped into each other again in 2021 and have been together ever since. Speaking ahead of her arrival in Emmerdale, Beth said: "I’m delighted to be joining the cast of Emmerdale, it’s an enormous privilege and Ruby is a dream role. "She’s a firecracker and a trouble-maker and I think people will love her or hate her, and I can’t wait to
