Invincible Season 2 finally has a release date! November 3rd we will finally get to see what Mark and the rest of the heroes are up to. That’s the good news. The bad news is, unfortunately, Season 2 will only be airing its first four episodes.
The last four have been said to come out sometime in 2024, but there is no concrete release date for them. Prime Video has not said exactly why this is happening. Having 2.5 years between seasons, it would be very odd if Season 2 still was not done.
If it was not complete they would have to wait until the whole writers and actors strike was over. No work is supposed to be done on unfinished projects, and since Prime Video is not giving any information this could be what is happening. As said by Forbes.com.Fans are not too thrilled about only getting four episodes before yet another big break.
This is the sort of thing that Netflix does for big releases. They split the season into two smaller seasons, but the second half comes back within a month or two of the first. This is to keep up conversations about the show.
This does not seem like the case for Invincible though. This is not a binge-release series, the episodes come out weekly. If they were just spreading out the season on purpose, they would not give it an up and the air release date for 2024.
They would bring the second half back, let’s say in January. Is this really the best move here? Fans have waited 2 and a half years for Season 2 so if it is not ready yet why not just delay the whole thing? Now that they have a release date they will most likely not be doing that though. There is the addition of an Atom Eve stand-alone episode that came out on July 1st.
Jodi Balfour will not be returning to the next season of For All Mankind.
Beyoncé brought Lizzo’s name back to a live rendition of ‘Break My Soul (The Queens Remix)’ over the weekend. It comes after the pop icon seemingly left Lizzo’s name off the track during one of her performances in Foxborough, Massachusetts last week which saw many of her fans quick to speculate that this was related to the recent allegations raised against Lizzo that same day – which finds her accused of sexual harassment and a hostile work environment. But during her show at the FedExField in Maryland on Saturday (August 5) fans were quick to share that Beyoncé did include Lizzo’s name again as she sang the lyrics: “Rosetta Tharpe, Santigold, (Vogue) Bessie Smith, Nina Simone (Vogue), Betty Davis, Solange Knowles. Badu, Lizzo, Kelly Rowl”.Lizzo is being sued by three of her former dancers, who recall her pressuring a co-worker to touch a naked performer in an Amsterdam club and subjecting dancers to “excruciating” auditions.
Outlander prepares to close out the first half of its seventh season, Only Murders in the Building returns for season three, and the highly anticipated rom com finally arrives.Let's start with Outlander, which after Friday won't return for new episodes until sometime in 2024. It bums me out because has been firing on all cylinders; at the same time, this gives us something to look forward to, especially knowing Droughtlander won't be as unbearable as the last time. We left off with Rob Cameron kidnapping Jemmy and apparently going through the Stones; now Roger must rescue his son, while also trying to figure out how Rob (if this is indeed what happened) was able to travel back in time.

Beyoncé – has spoken out about the singer leaving out Lizzo’s name during a live rendition of ‘Break My Soul’, saying that the decision has nothing to do with recent allegations.Rumours about Beyoncé drawing reference to the recent controversy surrounding Lizzo arose earlier this week, when the ‘Single Ladies’ singer chose to omit the latter’s name from one of her performances.Performing at Foxborough, Massachusetts on Tuesday (August 1) as part of her hit ‘Renaissance’ tour, Beyoncé played ‘Break My Soul (The Queens Remix)’, which sees her begin to list off a number of iconic and boundary-breaking Black female artists. While the original lyric reads: “Rosetta Tharpe, Santigold, (Vogue) Bessie Smith, Nina Simone (Vogue), Betty Davis, Solange Knowles. Badu, Lizzo, Kelly Rowl”, fan-captured footage shows the singer skim over Lizzo’s name and instead repeat Erykah Badu’s name four times.Following the set, fans were quick to speculate that this was related to the recent allegations raised against Lizzo that same day – which see her accused of sexual harassment and a hostile work environment. The ‘About Damn Time’ singer is being sued by three of her former dancers, who recall her pressuring a co-worker to touch a naked performer in an Amsterdam club and subjecting dancers to “excruciating” auditions.
Beyoncé appeared to make a statement at the Renaissance World Tour following the sexual harassment allegations against Lizzo.
Beyoncé appears to be making a statement — or two — with her latest performance. During her tour stop in Boston, Massachusetts, on Tuesday, the singer switched things up during her «Break My Soul (The Queens Remix)» song, which notably name-checks a running list of iconic Black women entertainers including Nina Simone, Erykah Badu, Lizzo, Lauryn Hill, Janet Jackson, Missy Elliot and Aretha Franklin, among several others.
Beyoncé is staying out of the drama.
