An insider is opening up about the name that Rihanna and A$AP Rocky chose for their second son.
The 35-year-old “Diamonds” diva secretly welcomed her second son with the 34-year-old rapper in August. Their first child, a boy named RZA, arrived in May 2022.
After weeks of waiting, the name for Rihanna and A$AP‘s second child was unveiled earlier this week.

The musical couple named their newborn son Riot Rose. The name is reportedly a tribute to A$AP‘s love of flowers.
“Not everyone knows this, but Rocky loves flowers,” an insider told ET. “He loves having fresh flowers in the house, he loves decorating with flowers, and he even had real flowers in his grill once.”
They added that roses were a particular favorite of Rihanna‘s.
It was not immediately clear why they chose the name Riot. If you were unaware, RZA‘s name also has a special meaning.
